ROBERT E. NATION - the President and Chief Executive
Officer of Alexander & Company, PSC. An Owensboro,
Kentucky native, he has been a CPA since 1972 and employed
in public accounting with Alexander & Company since
1966. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified
Public Accountants. He is currently the Treasurer of the Owensboro Rotary Club.

LARRY E. O'BRYAN - the Vice-President and Marketing
Director of Alexander & Company, PSC. A Daviess
County native, he has been a CPA since 1976 and employed
in public accounting with Alexander & Company, PSC
since 1969. He is a member of the American Institiute
of Certified Public Accountants, Kentucky Society of
Certified Public Accountants, Owensboro Estate Planning
Council, Owensboro Chamber of Commerce, Owensboro Lions
Club (Past-President), Owensboro Serra Club (Past-President), and Board of Trustees Brescia University
(Past-Chairman).

J. L. BYRNE - the Treasurer of Alexander &
Company, PSC. A Daviess County, Kentucky native, he
has been a CPA since 1977 and employed in public accounting
with Alexander & Company since 1975. He is a member
of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants and
the Kiwanis Club of Owensboro.

W. A. (TONY) BYRNE - a Daviess County, Kentucky native
and an Honors graduate of Brescia University. He has
been employed in public accounting with Alexander &
Company, PSC since 1987. Prior to joining Alexander
& Company, he was employed with the U. S. Government
and the General Electric Company. He is a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants
and is the Past-Secretary and Past-Treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of
Owensboro.

JOSEPH B. KELLER - a member of the audit division
of Alexander & Company, PSC. A Daviess County, Kentucky
native, he has been a CPA since 1989 and employed in
public accounting with Alexander & Company since
1989. Prior to joining Alexander & Company, he was
a staff accountant with an Evansville, Indiana public
accounting firm from 1987 to 1989. He is a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants and
is a Past-President of the Green River Chapter of the
Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants (1999-2000).
He is a member of the Knights of Columbus
Council #817 (Past-Treasurer) and currently serves as the third year trustee.

W. ANNETTE POGUE - a
Kentucky native, she has been a CPA since 1985 and employed
in public accounting with Alexander & Company since
1989. Prior to joining Alexander & Company, she was
employed by Donald W. Haas, CPA, a sole proprietorship,
from 1983 to 1989. She was named "Rotarian of the
Year" by the Owensboro Breakfast Rotary Club for
the year 1997-1998. She was the Chairperson of the Professional
Division of the Ohio Valley United Way Cabinet for the
2001 campaign. She was a member of the Commonwealth Institute
for Parent Leadership Class of 2000 in Daviess County,
Kentucky. She is currently the Treasurer of the Daviess County Rotary Foundation, and a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society
of Certified Public Accountants. |

JANE B. KAMUF – a Daviess County, Kentucky native, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brescia College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She has been a CPA since 1989. She was previously employed by our firm from 1986 through 1992. Prior to returning to our firm, she continued to work in public accounting at local accounting firms through August 2005. She prepared SEC reports for over a year before returning to public accounting in November 2006. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. She currently serves on the Board for Owensboro Catholic Schools and their Finance Committee. She was past chair and co-chair of the Business Section of the United Way of the Ohio Valley Fundraising Campaign.
