She has been employed in public accounting since 1999 and is certified to practice in both Indiana and Kentucky.

DONALD W. HAAS, CPA

DONALD W. HAAS - Principal of Alexander
& Company, PSC. A Kentucky native, he has been a
CPA since 1960 and employed in public accounting with
Alexander & Company since 1989. Prior to joining
Alexander & Company, he owned and operated a certified
public accounting firm from 1965 to 1989 and was an
accountant with Grover C. Greweling & Co., CPA's
from 1955 to 1965. He is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants, the Kentucky Society
of Certified Public Accountants and the Owensboro Estate
Planning Council (Past-President).

CASSY R. JOHNSON - Graduate of Murray State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Masters Degree in Professional Accountancy in May 2007. She has previously interned with a local CPA firm (2005) and has participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistant (VITA) program.

JERRY L. KELLER - Principal of Alexander & Company, PSC. A Kentucky
native, he has been a CPA since 1968 and employed in public
accounting with Alexander & Company since 1992. Prior
to joining Alexander & Company, he was employed by
Texas Gas Transmission Corporation from 1971 to 1992 (Vice-President
of Taxes from 1978 to 1992) and an Internal Revenue Agent
with the U. S. Treasury Department from 1960 to 1971.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified
Public Accountants.

DONNA K. RISLEY - A Daviess County, Kentucky native. She has a BS in accounting from Brescia University and was certified in 1987. Since certification and prior to joining Alexander & Company, she spent her entire career in industry, primarily in the manufacturing area. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants.

KAREN L. ROBY – a Daviess County, Kentucky native, she graduated Cum Laude from Kentucky Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and has been a CPA since 1997. She was previously employed by our firm from December 1993 until January 2001. Prior to returning to our firm in November 2008, she worked in the tax department of a regional public accounting firm for over five years and as an accountant at a local board of education for over two years. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. She served as a member of the board of directors of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants from July 2002 through June 30, 2005.
