The managing partner, Robert E. Nation, CPA, became a partner in the firm in 1972, Larry O'Bryan, CPA in 1976, J.L. Byrne, CPA in 1978, Tony Byrne, CPA, Annette Pogue, CPA, and Joe Keller, CPA in 1999.  The firm became a professional service corporation on June 1, 1987.

We are very proud of our heritage and the reputation that our firm has obtained with financial institutions, other professionals, and Federal, State and local taxing authorities.  Since its inception the firm has enjoyed a steady substantial growth which has come about mainly by referrals from existing clients, acquisitions and mergers.

Our firm is a small business as defined by the Small Business Administration (13 CFR 121.3-8).
